Richmond Hill: Who’s buying at Jefferson Forest?

Prospective home owners are coming from all over — Scarborough, Toronto, and even Richmond Hill — to find out more about Jefferson Forest. From young families to empty nesters who want to move closer to their kids, there is no doubt that the area is greatly appreciating.

In most cases, people are looking to upsize or invest. But surrounding green space such as the quintessentially Ontarian Oak Ridges Moraine attracts visitors, and so do the new retail spaces. Pat, sales manager of Jefferson Forest’s sales centre, explained that Richmond Hill and Oak Ridges have a small-town flavour without being too far from Toronto.

Currently, townhomes at Jefferson Forest are sold out with four singles remaining. Phase 3 will include townhomes but there is no release date yet. Occupancy for Phase 3 is set for July – December 2013.
