The countdown to the Upper Valleylands opening is on and word of the Brampton community has taken the GTA by storm!

Leading up to the March 3rd opening, Upper Valleylands has been highlighted all over social media and on some of your favourite blogs.

Savvy Sassy Moms, a fashion/lifestyle blog with a parenting spin, has featured Upper Valleylands, calling it “A community for young families in an area with a good school, ample parks to choose from, a library, a community center to do activities, along with delicious cafes and nice storefronts to go out and shop at.”

Upper Valleylands also appeared on Toronto real estate agent Steve Jelenic’s blog. He highlights some of Fieldgate Urban’s downtown developments, and mentions that for Upper Valleylands, we “have strategically picked a location which will cater to young families and the type of clients I have, looking for more space and a backyard… but still being able to enjoy all that downtown has to offer via the Mount Pleasant GO Train Station.”

We’re also really excited about mommy blogger, Emily Pickersgill-Brown, considering buying a new home at Upper Valleylands. She recently visited the neighbourhood for a blog post series about the new community. Of course, she brought her two children, Delta and Forest, along to see what they thought of the area!

“After our day spent in the area, looking at houses and living like locals I could really picture us out there and it got me so excited for the new Fieldgate Upper Valleylands development!” Emily writes.

Of course, all of the above have been highly active on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. We’re also seeing other real estate agents on Facebook like Sia Lakhanpal really getting excited for the March 3rd opening!
