Our buyers have snatched the last two detached homes and a couple of towns in the final phase of the successful Milton community. Now there are only three townhomes left for sale. While there’s still time to choose interior decor packages, the clock is ticking for ordering in the kitchens. Towns start from $379,990 and are jam-packed with upgrades. We’ve got only two detached homes left, starting at $565,990 for a four-bedroom pie-shaped lot that is over 2,200 square feet. So hurry before they’re gone!
In February, Statistics Canada launched the 2011 census, which pointed out Milton as the fastest growing city in the country. We knew we were on to something. Our homes at Milton Trails are at an advanced stage of construction, with the daily grind soon coming to a halt.
Currently, we’re at the drywalling and taping stage for the few houses left. A couple of houses are in need of bricking. Talk about progress! We already have 15-20 occupancies in Phase 4 with a total of 89 lots. Currently, Phase 5 just started selling – you must have heard about it, it’s been quite the popular topic on our blog!
But we still have one block of townhomes to dig up, which will bring in a total of 97 lots. It’s no wonder the rest of Canada is talking about Milton.

The first people started lining up on Thursday for the first chance to get into our sales centre when the doors opened this morning at 11AM at Milton Trails.
We were hoping that the weather would give our overnight guests a break but lo and behold, much like last week at Jefferson Forest, the heavens opened up and gave us some nice fresh snow. Luckily, we put up a tent in the parking lot so hopefully our guests were well covered!
With Escarpment townhomes and Milcon 38′ and 43′ singles available, the gathered crowd was anxious to get in and take a look around. When we were on site earlier this morning there was a good buzz around the place and the cold weather didn’t dampen spirits.
Our sales centre is open this weekend from 11AM – 6PM both Saturday and Sunday and we have plenty of lots available so if you’re looking for a new home in Milton, come visit!
