Upper Unionville is Sold Out!

Fieldgate is extremely proud to announce that our Upper Unionville community in Markham is completely sold out!

Looking back on all the releases, openings, and events at Upper Unionville, we can’t help but get nostalgic. We had some of the longest lineups we’ve ever seen, in both the coldest and hottest temperatures of the year. For our final release, people started showing up days before the opening, and on the actual day, hundreds showed up! And in January 2014 for a special release of 18 homes, people lined up overnight in -20 degrees celsius weather.

A sincere thank you goes out to all who helped make Upper Unionville such a tremendous success. We appreciate all the hard work that has gone into bringing this community to life. The biggest thanks of all goes out to all the home buyers who have decided to call Upper Unionville home. We look forward to completing construction and becoming the city’s most admired, family-friendly neighbourhood.
