  • Initial payment of $10,000 or $20,000 pending on the product type (The initial deposit cheque will be deposited 1 hour after your agreement is firm)
  • Review the Agreement of Purchase & Sale with your lawyer
  • Bank mortgage pre-approval info required
  • Personal cheque book (minimum 5 cheques)
  • Photo ID (i.e. Drivers Licence or Passport)
  • All offers are firm
