Private In-Person Purchasing Appointments Now Available!

Fieldgate is pleased to announce that we are now booking private in-person purchasing appointments at our sales centres in Brampton, Kleinburg, Richmond Hill, Stouffville, and Whitby! 

As Ontario gradually reopens, we are excited to begin interacting with you face to face as you complete your purchase.

Please note that the private in-person purchasing appointments are only for when you are ready to sign the Agreement of Purchase and Sale. The in-person appointments are NOT for browsing our sales centres. In an effort to continue reducing exposure to COVID-19 and protecting the health and safety of you and our staff, our sales centres will continue to be closed to browsing. 

If you have any questions or want to learn more about the available homes in Brampton, Kleinburg, Richmond Hill, Stouffville, and Whitby, then you can still book a virtual appointment, which will be held either over the phone or on video. You can even still conduct the entire purchase virtually if that is what you prefer.

When you have made a purchasing decision and are looking to book an in-person appointment, please keep the following precautions in mind: 

  • Entry is being limited to 1 family of 4 adults – no children under 16 years old allowed
  • Visitors must practice 6 foot social distancing
  • Visitors must use our hand sanitizer upon entry
  • Please bring your own mask, if not, a mask will be provided
  • Presentation centres are cleaned and disinfected daily
  • Washrooms will remain closed until further notice
  • Paperless and contactless offers with digital signature are available

If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, or feel ill in any way, please refrain from entering our sales centres. We thank you in advance for your consideration!
