Happy Holidays from Fieldgate Homes!

This was a challenging year for everyone and there are likely still a few tough months ahead, but if we all play it safe this holiday season and through the winter, we can hopefully be together again sometime soon.

When the pandemic closed doors and businesses, we established a system that allowed you to buy your dream home from the safety and comfort of your home. We introduced virtual appointments, contactless digital document signing, and distanced deposit cheque drop-offs. This allowed us to proceed with new releases and for many families in the Greater Toronto Area to buy a new home without compromising their health.

One of our biggest releases of the year was Seaton in North Pickering, which features freehold towns, semis, and 30′ and 36′ singles. There are still homes available and you can email to book an appointment for after the holidays.

We also have new homes available in Stouffville, Kleinburg, Whitby, and Richmond Hill. In the new year, we’ll have new communities launching, including Emerald Crossing in Shelburne. We also have new releases planned for our current communities!
